Kara has been part of a Western suburbs Real Estate firm for the past 4 years looking after over 180 properties. In 2008 Kara purchased her first home in Mawson Lakes and she is loving being a home owner. She now also owns an investment unit which has helped give her have a greater understanding of ‘what a landlord wants'.
Kara is currently completing the Diploma of Property (Real Estate). She has already completed Certificate's 1 in Residential Property Management and Commercial Property Management.
In her personal time you can find Kara at her local State Swim swimming centre where she is a qualified swimming instructor. She teaches per-school children through to teenagers. Teaching is something that Kara very is passionate about.
