Once we've had a chance to do a free, no obligation appraisal you will receive expert advice on setting the rent and preparing your property. You will also receive our free copy of ‘A Property Owner's Handbook' There are many tips to improving rental appeal and at Turners we know them all.

Tips such as painting over old bricks, weatherboards and old guttering using some of the exciting new colours now available.

Some simple landscaping can also work wonders. You'll be surprised how much can be achieved for a relatively small investment of a few hundred dollars.  

Once your property is ready we will then utilize targeted marketing and meticulous screening to find the right tenant.

When rented, Turner Partners turn their skills and determination to ensuring that tenants always meet their obligations.

At Turners our policy is ‘open communication' in other words we keep you fully aware of your property's progress. Apart from rent collection we provide a Property condition report and full rental income statements either emailed or posted to you.

We also carry out periodic inspection and follow-up maintenance and will provide final inspections when needed.
